Processing & Shipping Information
All orders are shipped through the United Postal Service. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order and the destination ZIP code. The calculations we use are based on UPS rates.
Orders begin processing within 24 hours of being placed. Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays are not processing days as UPS does not pickup or deliver on these days. If a product is not available or there is a delay in the completion of your order, you will be notified shortly after processing begins.

Ground: Delivered in 1-5 business days after shipment
2nd Day Air: Delivered 2 business days after shipment
3 Day Select: Delivered 3 business days after shipment
Next Day Air Saver: Delivered the next business day by 3:00 PM
Next Day Air: Delivered the next business day by 10:30 AM

2 Please specify what store you wish to pick up your order in the “Comments” section during checkout. If no specification is made, orders will be available for pickup at the store in which it is processed.
