Return & Exchange Information

Items may be returned for any reason up to 60 days from the date the order was delivered. Only items in their original condition and with original tags can be returned for a refund. A refund of the same tender type as the original payment will be processed as soon as the package including item(s) and return slip are received.

Exchanges may be made at any time on new and unused merchandise. Additional shipping expenses will apply for exchange packages. Exchange shipping expenses are a flat $6.50 fee for UPS Ground shipping.

In case of an error on the part of KU Sports Store, additional shipping expenses can be waived.
